As a proud new Momma, I can’t seem to take enough pictures of my handsome little boy. Between the daily pictures I take for my 365 iPhone app, his monthly photo shoots and the 100’s of pictures in between, I have quite a collection.
I recently came across a fantastic online photo printing site called MailPix
. I was first drawn in by some of their unique and fantastic gift ideas! Here are just a few of my favorites.
Their website is user friendly, organized and visually appealing. Best of all, you can sync your Facebook pictures! This saved me quite a bit of time because I didn’t have to upload most of the pictures I wanted to use. You can easily create folders to organize all of your photos since they have free unlimited photo storage for life. You would think with great products, time saving features and great customer service that their products are expensive but every single one is reasonable. To top it off, they have pretty amazing deals
. To me, that is just as important as the quality!
Don’t forget to stop by and check out their blog for the latest deals!
I knew right away I wanted to order an 8×10 canvas
for a collage wall I am working on in our living room. They are currently running a sale and the prices are so good (only $35 for an 8×10), I decided to buy two! The hardest part was deciding which pictures to choose. Their preview stage in the ordering process was nice because I could see exactly how the piece was going to look once complete. They are truly amazing and look absolutely beautiful on our wall. It’s a nice contrast to the normal picture frames we have.
I wanted to replace pictures in two 16 x 20 matted frames in our bedroom. Instead of printing individual pictures, I decided to create 16 x 20 collages. It was so easy to create as I chose the format and just plopped the pictures I wanted in. I could move them around and scale them to fit. When they came, all I had to do was pop them right into the frames. I will be making more of these as times goes on and I want to replace some of the pictures.
I never got around to making birth announcement cards for close family. We announced P’s birth on Facebook so we were not in any rush. MailPix was doing a great promotion on 4×8 Photo Cards and I decided to finally get them done. I guess these are better late then never! I decided to do a few pictures of P’s newborn photo shoot of all his cute little features. I simply love how these turned out!
I also decided to turn the monthly collages I have done for P into magnets to dress up our fridge. I was so excited to put them up and they allow me to have pictures up with none of the clutter.
